Hi! I tried searching for an answer but couldn't find much. Tl;dr I (stupidly) used UR points to book a UA flight for domestic first class last December. I ended up canceling the ticket for a future flight credit. I'm now trying to use the future flight credit for a trip to Europe this summer, but Chase is saying I can only rebook to a domestic itinerary using the credit and United can't takeover the reservation to let me use the credits directly with them. I'd never heard of such a restriction, is this standard?
