Are you eligible for a sleeping room or a hotel on a 12 hours layover when connecting from TK to LOT Polish (flying to KRK, and that is the only option flying from ISL and also sold by TK). The rules don't seem clear...it's all on the same ticket. Business class (award ticket issued on United stock).
