You won't get access to the Business lounge as your J ticket is completed once you land in IST. However, I believe you would qualify for the Miles&Smiles lounge on account of your *Gold status for the economy departure. The two lounges are virtually identical mirrors of one another.

You would not qualify for the sleeping rooms however as those are restricted to travellers with layovers between 4-9 hours. By rule, you are not on a layover so no qualifying.
