Aer Lingus is not part of the OW alliance. Is a ff partner of BA, AS & UA https://www.oneworld.com/
It is owned by IAG who also own BA, IB, Level & Vueling. Qatar QR own part 25% of IAG and also use avios as the frequent flyer currency.
