my card paying hgvc maintenace fee at Hilton Hawaiian village did not trigger the resort credit automatically. i chatted agent at 12 weeks and credit was given.
on wife's card they refused stating that charge is not eligible. the t&cs do not state that. timeshare owners have long been credited for this. it was a chat so that may be a bad thing as there is likely an electronic paper trail now of the converstion so huca may not work.
either way it's terribly annoying and in combination with needing to call for all our airline credits this card is more hassle than it's worth. we'll likely cancel next year.
