Looks like I have a choice between the jerk chicken and vegetarian ravioli on DCA-SFO this weekend. I've seen pics of both upthread, but curious which one is better? I'm a little wary of of the "vegan bolognaise" sauce, is that some kind of faux meat (soy?) or just veggies on top?
I realize it's a bit late for your flight, but for posterity the vegan bolognese is basically chopped kale and carrots in a tomato sauce over (non-vegan) cheese ravioli. Quite decent for an airplane meal, but definitely no fake meat in the dish.
