Specialist doctor's visit is $35 for citizens, $65 for PR and $135 for others, including visa holders. That was last time I experienced it at SGH in 2019.
NUH had a similar arrangement.
The same applies to hospital stays as well. My wife's 2 days stay at SGH's Heart division in one person ward came as $3800. A citizen would pay $1100.
