Government subsidizes citizens more than PR.

Polyclinics are publicly funded, typically primary care. You can see the difference in charges here:.

(You can opt for private doctors, which will probably be twice the cost of polyclinics, and not fully subsidized by government

Still cheaper than the average primary care visit in USA ~USD$150)
