They'll cook any fish you catch, yes.

We did the back of house tour in 2018, it was cool but nothing we would do again, just sort of cool to see the living quarters, the water facility, the canteen. You can always get a mini-tour by scraping your knee and needing to see the doctor, hah. The little clinic is just at the entry to the back of house.

When we went to Vakkaru in September 2020, there wasn't a formal tour, but by the end of the trip the staff really wanted us to come for their inter-staff soccer finale, they set up special seating for us, and they showed us around. That was super cool. (Of course, it was also early in the pandemic and they were at like 10% occupancy.)

Can't comment on the equator tour, we are big snorkelers so the island formation was the clear standout.
