I bought a Kyushu Rail Pass (https://www.jrkyushu.co.jp/english/r.../railpass.html) and it says "Please note that you must pick up your Rail Pass(es) or JR ticket(s) no later than your usage start date indicated below." Does this mean I can pick it up ON my usage start date? Or must I pick it up the day prior (before my usage start date)?
