I have to say I am somewhat surprised and disappointed to see what can only be described as a pile on in this thread toward the OP.

Let me put it another way, if the cc member didn't know they should say so - not comment on something they don't understand. I doubt this cc member had any clue about what a connection to T3 involved and how long it would take. Although I don't doubt what the OP reports, I am very sceptical the IFL had been in touch with anyone but simply had not received any notification of rebooking.
