Below is the answer I got for my e-mail I sent a week ago. I´m still not sure if we will be told before the confirmation or when confirming if we get miles or not. Is it just me or can someone explain this to me?

At least something good has come out of this. They are making changes to the booking process. Big applause for that. But the wording on my answer is funny, because it says that: "it can be possible that this fare is not valid for earning Miles". It can be possible? Is it or not? Simple as that for me. I hate those unclear terms and conditions. =(

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately it is not yet possible to view qualifying rates for miles earning on the Internet.
However, your concerns have been taken into consideration and per 1st January members will book
their flights in 3 steps when booking via Internet. Steps 1 and 2 on the Internet will tell them
that it can be possible that this fare is not valid for earning Miles. When they proceed and go to
step 3, members will get the information whether they will earn Miles or not when confirming their
booking. But if they do want to earn Miles they can go back, before confirming, to step 2 and choose
another flight.
I regret that only in the new year all details will be accessible to our members and trust to have
you provided with sufficient information.
