I ended up cutting it in half and doing Sriracha on one and Tapatio on the other. The Tapatio was better.

Served with a cookie on the tray (room temp). I haven't opened it up yet to see what kind - I also still have a chocolate chip cookie from the PDX C lounge.

Other menu options were F&C and the Salad w/Green Goddess. It seemed like about half the cabin had pre-ordered, which I think is more than on most of my recent flights.
