If you want 'unfairness' in relation to Singapore - check what medical services are priced for citizens vs PR vs people on work visa. People on work visas are paying taxes as well, yet they pay 3x-10x more for medical services. One might say that people on work visas don't pay CPF and that would be true as well.
Can you give an example of the difference in medical services? I'm surprised that PRs have to pay more than citizens. Why?
