I did several searches here but to no avail.

Do the wheels count in measuring a checked bag (60") for most airlines?

I need to get one or two new large soft sided pieces of check luggage. Would prefer 2 wheels, but looks like 4 are winning the inventory war. Found at Kohls, Skyway Epic Softsided that fits either measurement. They are currently $199, and a second for 1/2 price.

Current Skyways, one okay, other missing tabs on two zippers and the entire mechanism on an outside pocket ( cannot be used for fear of flap coming loose and hanging). No repair available...they are old, as we are.

Any help appreicated.
