I had a similar issue : purchase January 5 (Dyson) with Boxing Day promo, filed a request March 10 and didn't hear back. Called in and gave them the ticket # and she said she'd look into it right after the call. I got an e-mail 10 minutes later that my points were being posted. I'd call back.
