My guess is:
1. MSP-NRT: lunch and then (!)breakfast. It should be lunch then dinner. I am uncertain if there is a midway snack according to airlinemeals.net
3. SIN-NRT: breakfast
For WBC out of SEA and HNL to NRT, it's lunch and a light dinner, with an ice cream break inbetween. Definitely not breakfast. For BKK-NRT, it's breakfast and pre-arrival snack and I'd imagine SIN-NRT to be the same.
