I cannot comment on Alila, but the travel time from arrival at MLE to the resort, including waiting time, flight to Koodoo and boat transfer took less than 2.5 hours, closer to 2 hours, but we got lucky. Landed in MLE, grabbed our luggage and met the Park Hyatt rep who took us to the generic biz class lounge they have, telling us our flight would be in about 90 minutes. 10 minutes later he came and got us saying a previously unscheduled flight was about to go because of a diplomat needing a flight out of Koodoo. We literally walked to the gate, showed our boarding passes he'd given us, and got on the plane. The PH team was already at Koodoo when we landed, so we grabbed our bags and were the only ones on the boat.
