Another data point, I have been trying to contact EVA for a couple hours this morning. I tried multiple US office numbers with no success. This is just poor, poor customer service. I will try to call the HK office later.

It seems like it’s easier to score a long haul business class upgrade at EVA than talking to an EVA representative live….
