The service overall was pretty blasé and other than serving the dinner and offering Salt & Straw about an hour after dinner the FA working F was in the galley most of the flight with the curtain closed. I though the snack basket was pretty standard these days on mid-cons and trans-cons. I got the impression the basket was not catered or the FA couldn't be bothered. Service wasn't bad - would be good for UA - but not up to par for a tenured PDX or SEA based crew.

The response time is long but I think we all need to let Alaska "retrain" all those F/As, who did not do their jobs right.
I can't imagine the snack basket is not catered as they are fairly basic on all Alaska flights.
