There can be various reasons why a Hertz Gold# might not apply, but we've never seen an instance where Priceline reports "Not applied" but then you see Gold service confirmed for the reservation when you look it up on Hertz.com. We'd be happy to investigate further if you want to PM us with the details. Specifically, we'd need the inquiry number from your original request, the Hertz confirmation# of the reservation you booked, and your Hertz Gold member number. If you'd like to PM us those 3 things, we'll be happy to take a look and let you know what we find.
