but as for your question, my guess based on personal experience plus DPs I have seen on FT is that transfers that meet certain criteria or patterns may trigger a manual review, such as multiple transfers in a short timespan and/or total aggregate amount.

finally received the points. Probably the multiple requests in the same day caused the delay.
