I presume this is also a glitch? Or would buying this glitch fare actually get me refused at the Flagship lounges?
Whether or not aa.com displays "Flagship" on the flight search results page has never mattered for lounge access purposes.

AA.com has always been terribly inconsistent at this, sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn't depending on what and how you're searching (paid or award, nonstop or connecting, etc.).

JFK-LAX in F comes with lounge access regardless of what aa.com displays.

It is interesting though that aa.com seems to have removed "Flaghsip" from First Class when searching the 3-class transcons. Almost like they're pre-conditioning the public for the removal of F on these routes.
