They recently lost their GM (moved to become MD in Singapore) but even so the experience I had some time ago wasn't exactly wow wow. The problem is always when hotel live off their past reputation and forget to invest into their current guest experience. If this hotel was in Europe you might get away with it but not in Asia where standards tend to be higher, at least in my view.
