Well, all that bullet point says is that certain premium transcon pax on AA are eligible for lounge access, which is certainly true as they are eligible for access to the Flagship Lounges or Admirals Clubs (or Greenwich/Soho/Chelsea), not all oneworld lounges.

Since reopening post covid the LAX TBIT oneworld lounges have not been admitting AA F/J transcon pax.

I don't fly the premium transcons often but flew LAX-JFK in F back in December and was certainly denied at the QF F lounge, which echos other similar data points.
