Oh, I forgot to mention something. When we arrived the first time, our butler disappeared after checking us in and we were left to go find our room on our own. It's not a big deal, of course, but still, it's a luxury hotel, someone is supposed to take you to your room when you arrive for the first time, right? Not to mention they should perhaps show you around such a big hotel. We didn't even know how to get to the pool or where breakfast was served. In the end we found another butler in the lobby later that day and asked him to show us around and tell us where everything was and he was happy to do it.
