I’ve seen the middle table installed earlier this month on GATJ but not in the fittings correctly so its been tilted forwards. On another flight I saw the crew retrieve it from the galley pre take off and install it.
You put it in then push it forward (or back, can't remember) to lock it which it will do with a click. If you don't do that it will sit at a funny angle
