Manager also said BA doesn't cover damage. Refused to give me a name or anything to prove that I tried to raise a complaint on the spot. Absolutely disgraceful handling. BA really need to get a hold of their contractors.
You can, iirc, register the claim online; just ensure that it is done within the required timeframe
