I would love that! Or, if the owners of my regular properties would just leave the group altogether, that would be fine too.
Just curious - are you using the app or the web browser?
that is another mystery to me, how people end up having such a different experience for the same app or same website. Never experienced that with Hilton / Marriott or Hyatt on such a consistent basis.
