Thanks! E-mailed them yesterday and got a reply early this morning along the lines of yours:
The Hyatt system wont let you make a booking for 3 persons with points
What you could do is book a room for 2 adults and we can upgrade you to a family room for an extra €100 per night (which includes the €40 rollaway bed cost)
So that might actually work for our purposes, by which I mean my purpose of getting enough elite nights to extend the Explorist status I have through July from that Bilt promotion.
