Booking is through Chase Travel website. Any change has to be performed through Chase Travel CSR. It cannot be done online, unlike UA. The one I talked with, does not know the difference between LAS and LAX. She kept looking for LAX instead of LAS. After 20 minutes, I finally asked for her supervisor. Supervisor apologized for the inconvenience. After that incident, I would only book through Chase travel if and only if my reservation will not change. Otherwise, additional 2x points is not worth my time and effort.
