Those questions reflect slanted market research disguised as pre-order options. UA management is clearing angling for answers ("I will eat in the United Club" . . . "I would like to go directly to sleep") that will allow management to justify further catering reductions. They've given three separate choices for the same "no meal" option; if the goal were simply to alert catering, they could have done that with a single "no meal" option. Then, by making the actual meal choices as unappealing as possible, the survey makers are tilting the scales even further in favor of more cost-cuts.
Pathetic.
