Yes, Hertz is normally the exact same experience as National, just hop in the car and go (show your ID at exit). When you change credit cards though, just always bring the card since they seem very picky about that.

I like Hertz a little better since Presidents Circle can sometimes get you a slightly better car, but last time I went I think 90% of people on the board were PC, it didn't used to be that bad.
