Seems that the Raffles in Paris is another hotel that doesn’t accept SNUs anymore, despite being listed on the website as participating. I tried all kind of dates, even as far out as Winter 2023 (for 1 night during weekdays), and it is just says unavailable. Suites are always available for cash though.
