Exactly, airline behaviours 101 gaslight the passenger until they give up. If you call them again, tell them to read out loud the MCT for ICN; if you want to find that info, it’s available in ExpertFlyer (paid account needed). You were sold an invalid route, and AY needs to own up to its mistake.
I don’t know what customer protection agencies you have in Taiwan, but I would start contacting them. And ask the Mods to move this thread to the Finnair forum, where there are some AY experts.
