I just used to Customer Service vouchers to pay for parts of two tickets at DCA. When I made the reservations, they said on the phone that those fees would be waived. I expected a fight over it at the airport ticket counter - but there was no problem.
They charged me for using one at SFO. I wrote to WHQ and received a non-responsive form letter from Customer Service, which did not address the issue specifically. It just restated their policy for booking charges. It did thank me for being a "Million Miler 1K." I guess they pushed the wrong button because I am just a regular 1K. So I wrote again this week.
