They changed a leg for me from economy to business but it was one of four segments with all the rest being business. So it wasn’t the entire outbound. They did “reprice” it for the paid fees but I already had used the business amount of points so no additional points. Was not charged a change fee/points. It does say in their terms that they will make this change. Google their award policies (it is also somewhere in FT in the ANA forum).

Also canceled a flight last week and they do still charge a redeposit fee of 3k points.
