You can use any of the lounges at LAX on the basis of your same day HND-LAX flight, separate tix don't matter for lounge access purposes. So the FL or QF F Lounge are the usual go-to's for an EXP.
Do OWEs have access to OW lounges after a longhaul arrival (and still airside) without the onward connection? I have an upcoming AA flight into FRA (in economy), and IIRC the last time I flew into there, we entered the terminal into the gate area, and I passed by the JL lounge before having to go through immigration in order to exit to the landside area.
