Might be dumb question but I read like 6 pages and didn't see the question asked:

If i book economy ORD-HKG and business HKG -ORD coming back, is there a way to update the first portion of my flight to business (if there's availability) without cancelling the return? I found a business flight going HKG -ORD but not from ORD-HKG. Also ultimately really want CAN instead of HKG but EVA isn't offering business as saver award on that route.

Also if you do need to cancel the whole itinerary, does ANA still do the redeposit fee of 3000 yen?
