Unfortunately yes, and in some cases it is even 2 days delay. Specifically for me, I wanted to book a Japan to Singapore (overnight), and Singapore to Malaysia (next day).
So for example let's say the Japan to Singapore flight opens up today/Monday (355 days in advance)
The Singapore to Malaysia flight as expected only opens up tomorrow/Tuesday.
But for whatever reason, the website will only show the Japan - Singapore - Malaysia flight bookable as one itinerary on Wednesday.
