Can't get through to aeroplan. I tried cancelling my aeroplan award on Safari. Comes up with an error message after you've entered all the information. Tried Chrome browser and the cancellation went through. However now they've charged the cancellation fee twice. Cannot get through to them on their call centre. Will not be buying anymore aeroplan points until they sort themselves out. Bloggers not mentioning this carry on. Does anyone know a way to request a refund?
