I was on the Honors website trying to convert my Honors points to airline miles and hit a brick wall. I navigated to the Exchange Your Points screen and on that screen, underneath "Choose your travel partner and the amount of Points you’d like to exchange." there's a Travel Partner dropdown. Clicking that yields no options at all. So basically I can't convert my points. What gives?? Chat support suggested a glitch and to try again later (absolutely no help at all). Is this a known issue??
