Honestly this is probably just be a bug with the app itself. It's possible that the app isn't properly recognizing the unique seat assignments for each individual, and is instead displaying the same seat for both your wife and your mom.

If you're still worried, you could try reaching out to the airline to confirm that everything is in order with your booking. However, I don't think you need to be too concerned about the possibility of a cancelled ticket.
