You could have deployed the meal tray for 1B for to ger a similar effect due to central table. The table should have been there. Have encountered this stowed on several occasions on recrnt GATx aircraft where someones folded it away (presumably so a loved one can use the space which is otherwise reserved as a comfort space and not thought to return it.

I can confirm the curtain was missing from GATJ on Easter Monday. The little curtains above the seats were there but no central aisle curtain was in place - presumably broken. Cue mass exodus to use the front lav by all and sundry and awkward queueing by the door which was your foot space. I imagine this was far from ideal.
