Does anyone have experience applying a TSU here? I see a standard suite (ADA) available for my dates but my concierge tells me the hotel says it isn't actually available and it shouldn't be showing as available. As a test, I booked the suite directly and sure enough it disappeared from inventory (I cancelled afterwards). This was about five days ago. Sure enough, the same suite is still showing as available
