Is Chase customer support notoriously bad? DL/AA's phone support have been crappy, but that hasn't really adversely affected me in day-of-travel situations. I've gotten a few refunds through Chase due to class of service downgrades, etc. and, while they've take a long time to resolve, I've been fully refunded in every case.
