UPDATE: Just completed award April 10 - 15. Upgraded to sea view suite prior to arrival, received a variety of amenities in the evening 3 of the 5 nights. Room was recently updated, with modern features and decor. Lounge Happy Hour was crowded and loud, well stocked with snacks and beverages. Common morning breakfast, staff struggled at times to keep some of the items stocked, particularly on days when there were events at the hotel. With one exception, the staff was excellent.
We made the mistake of booking a private driver to visit the Amalfi Coast with the concierge, who led us to believe it would be possible to visit Amalfi, Positano and Revello in less than 6 hours (@ 60 euros per hour). Due to the traffic - relatively light in early April - we were gone for 9 hours, spending more than half of the time in the car. He asked us to "trust him" that Revello was a must see destination, despite my GF's preference to turn back after Amalfi. While Revello was interesting, the extra stop added more than 3 hours to the trip, taking away from the positive Amalfi and Positano experiences.
While the driver was very personable, he spoke fluent Italian, Portuguese and Spanish - broken English. He was unable to answer basic questions about the history and other basic questions of the area, did not warn us of the 2 hour drive back from Revello in normal traffic.

If you are planning to take a taxi from Naples, be sure to book a car service in advance - DO NOT use Uber. Ferry is by far the best public transportation option.
