"Hilton changed the policy"??? That sounds like another example of a property blaming Honors for a decision the property made (i.e., to no longer call the lounge an Executive Lounge, and hence no longer give Diamonds automatic access). But I did not re-qualify Diamond for this year, so the point is sadly now moot to me.
