I have tried repeatedly using the 'claim missing stays' form on the Marriott website, but each time this is rejected. They claim the points have already posted but obviously they are confusing the the Q1 '1000 points per night' bonus with this M11 rate bonus.
How can I get these points to finally post? Each time I fill out the missing points it takes 5-10 days for a reply, and they they say 'no, too bad'.
This is deceptive and misleading. Isn't this rate, once accepted (and completed and paid for), a contract? are they not obligated to follow through?
