KVS, I'm intrigued to hear that, because I too had remembered calling an 0870 number rather than an 0871 number.

And wouldn't it be great if there was an email address one could use for issues like this, to avoid the half hour "all our agents are busy" rigmarole! Or is there one already that I just haven't found out about yet?
